Jerry Brown

Jerry leads the team of project managers and field superintendents on all of RPM’s construction projects. He is an industry-certified master electrician and his hands-on construction experience contribute to his ability to effectively manage a variety of projects.

Andrea Maurer

Director of Administration

Andrea is responsible for overseeing the accounting and administrative functions of RPM. She is a member of the CFMA NYC/LI Chapters and brings to RPM her knowledge and experience in construction accounting, overall operational controls and Human Resources compliance.

He holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners and architects that result in a successful construction experience.

Michael Stone

An executive with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects of various sizes and program complexity in the retail sector and commercial, mixed use, office and residential. Extensive experience both nationally and in regional markets with concentration and expertise in NYC and the metro region.

Our Project Managers have a combined 65+ years experience in the commercial construction industry. Our project staff is committed to providing the very best in customer service equipped with the expertise and know-how to get the job done right. RPM trains their project staff both in the field and in classroom settings ensuring the team’s skills are current and second to none.

All of our Project Managers and Superintendents are personally OSHA Certified. We are fully insured.
