After working for other General Contracting firms and seeing the need for a more hands-on approach, Bob founded RPM in 1998–setting a new standard in the commercial retail construction industry in its dedication to customer service. This commitment became the culture of RPM.

Jerry Brown

Director of Construction

Jerry leads the team of project managers and field superintendents on all of RPM’s construction projects. He is an industry-certified master electrician and his hands-on construction experience contribute to his ability to effectively manage a variety of projects.

Jonathan Bonett

Director of Operations

Jonathan’s role fosters an environment of customer service to our key clients, ensuring the alignment of our core values during pre-construction which serves as a vital component to overall project success. He holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with owners and architects that result in a successful construction experience.

Project Management

Our Project Managers have a combined 65+ years experience in the commercial construction industry. Our project staff is committed to providing the very best in customer service equipped with the expertise and know-how to get the job done right. RPM trains their project staff both in the field and in classroom settings ensuring the team’s skills are current and second to none.

All of our Project Managers and Superintendents are personally OSHA Certified. We are fully insured.
